Where care becomes community!
Friends for Skin is a Voluntary Organization established with the goal of promoting the well-being of individuals and the community through educational, social and solidarity initiatives.
The organization operates on a nonprofit basis and engages in activities for families, children and people in fragile situations, relying on the valuable contribution of volunteers.
Our mission is to bring education, listening and solidarity to where they are needed most.
We do this from the heart, through initiatives that speak of care, awareness and respect: for skin, for people, for the environment.
We are committed
every day to:
Accompanying families with clear and reliable personal care information;
Supporting mothers and children with dedicated projects and moments of sharing;
Promoting a culture of sustainability, made up of small daily gestures and responsible choices, with projects dedicated to waste reduction, responsible recycling and the promotion of more conscious practices;
Making essential products accessible to those in fragile situations, because care should not be a privilege.
To realize these goals,
Friends for Skin will organize:
Workshops, meetings and training sessions;
Awareness campaigns on issues of care and sustainability;
Collaborations with area agencies, pharmacies and health facilities;
Solidarity initiatives with subsidized distribution of products for people and families in need;
Educational workshops for children and youth, as well as training programs for educators;
Research and study activities to improve the safety and quality of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products

Our commitment does not live alone: it grows thanks to the people and realities that choose to walk alongside us. Today we collaborate with three partners who share with us the same vision of care, welcome and solidarity.
The Hand
Social Cooperative
A reality that works every day to build pathways to inclusion and autonomy for fragile people. With a view to social responsibility and inclusion, we collaborate with La Mano Cooperative, offering employment opportunities to people with varying degrees of disability. The cooperative is involved in component assembly activities, allowing the people involved to enter a productive context and develop professional skills, strengthening autonomy, dignity and active participation in working life.
Arché Foundation
For over 30 years, Arché has been accompanying mothers and children in vulnerable situations, offering homes, psychological support, educational paths and new possibilities. Through this collaboration, we have contributed with the donation of more than 11,000 cleansing products, promoting the daily well-being of people welcomed into the Foundation’s community.
Caritas of Seregno
A point of reference for those going through difficult times, a reality that is committed to offering concrete support to families and, in particular ,to mothers in fragile situations. The collaboration with Caritas stems from the desire to ensure that everyone has access to essential personal care products, a simple aid but capable of restoring dignity, relief and closeness to those who need it most.
These partnerships represent the beating heart of our mission: networking to bring care, awareness and support where it is needed most.
Each project is an opportunity to build connections, spread knowledge and bring concrete help.

In collaboration with Sestri Levante’s Sottomarino Beach and WWF Sub volunteers, we participated in a day dedicated to collecting plastic on the beaches of the Sottomarino.
A valuable initiative that combines care for the environment, awareness and a desire to leave new generations a cleaner sea and a more responsible future.
