How the Linea MammaBaby® Card Loyalty Program Works

1 – Create an account: Participation in our loyalty program requires creating an account on our website or logging into an existing account. It is a quick and easy step that will allow you to start enjoying the benefits offered by the Linea MammaBaby® Card. You can log into your account by clicking here https://www.lineamammababy.net/my-account/, or create a new one when you are placing your first order.

2 – Points Accumulation: loyalty points can only be accumulated by making purchases of products on our website, after logging into your registered account. Each euro spent is equivalent to 1 loyalty point, which are automatically accumulated with each purchase.

3 – Conversion to Discount Voucher: after the first 100 loyalty points have been accumulated, these will be converted into a 10€ discount voucher, which you can view directly on the checkout page. You can monitor your loyalty points balance at any time by clicking on the ‘My Account’ icon at the top of the site, and then on the ‘My Points’ button.
After the first voucher has been redeemed, you can benefit from discounts based on accumulated points even without reaching the 100-point threshold again.
For each accumulated point, an amount of EUR 0,10 will be deducted from the order total.

4 – Validity of Points: point collection lasts for 1 year from the time you get your first point. After this period has elapsed without accumulating the 100 loyalty points, the collected points will be reset to zero and the counting will begin again.

5 – Use of Coupons: discount coupons worth 10€ can only be used for purchases on our website. Each coupon can be used only once, on a single order, and cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional codes.

6 – Limitations and Restrictions: coupons cannot be used to purchase products in the “B.Smart” category and are strictly personal, associated with the account of the user who has accumulated them. In case of order cancellation or total or partial return, the corresponding points will be deducted from the customer’s account.

How long does the points collection last?

Points collection lasts 1 year from the time you get your first point. After this period has elapsed without accumulating 100 loyalty points, the collected points will be reset to zero and will no longer be valid.

How does the conversion of points into discounts work?

After the first 100 loyalty points have been accumulated, you will receive a discount voucher to the value of 10€.
This discount voucher is applied directly in your shopping cart on your next purchase on our website.
After the first discount voucher has been redeemed, you will benefit from discounts based on the accumulated points even without reaching the 100-point threshold again.

For each accumulated point, an amount of 0.10€ will be deducted from your order total (e.g. if you have 22 points, you will receive a discount of 2.20€ directly in your cart).

What happens if I cancel an order or make a return?

If you cancel your order or return it in whole or a part of it, the points corresponding to the amount of the cancelled or returned order will be deducted from your account.

Can I use the coupon on multiple orders?

No, each coupon can only be used once, on a single order, and cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional codes.

How can I check my loyalty points balance?

You can monitor your loyalty points balance at any time by clicking on the “My Account” button at the top right of our website and then view the “My Points” section.

Can I transfer my loyalty points to another account?

No, loyalty points are strictly associated with the customer account and cannot be transferred or exchanged with other accounts.
