Art.1- PROMOTING PARTY
Linea MammaBaby® Loyalty Program is an initiative promoted by the company Olcelli Farmaceutici S.r.l., headquartered at 24 Via San Damiano, 20833, Giussano (MB), P.IVA/C.F. 04192740969, R.E.A. no. 1731773 (hereinafter, “Olcelli Farmaceutici” or the “Promoting Company”).
ART. 2- THE OBJECT OF THE INITIATIVE
“Linea MammaBaby® Loyalty Program” (hereinafter, “Loyalty Program” and/or “Initiative”) is a promotional initiative consisting in a collection of points that can be converted into coupons. These can be used for subsequent purchases at https://www.lineamammababy.net/ (hereinafter, the “Website”).
The purpose of this initiative is to build Customer loyalty through a loyalty program that recognizes benefits to Customers.
ART.3- GEOGRAPHICAL AREA
The Loyalty Program is valid on the Italian national territory.
ART.4- DURATION
Subject to the provisions of Article 7 (“Publication of the Initiative and Regulations”) and Article 6 (“Terms of Participation”), this Initiative will have a duration of 5 (five) years from 01/05/2024 to 30/04/2029.
ART. 5-CUSTOMERS
End customers over 18 years of age who are members of the “Linea MammaBaby® Loyalty Program” in accordance with the terms of participation set forth in Article 6 of these Regulations.
ART. 6- MODALITIES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE INITIATIVE
6.1. Participation in this Initiative will require the creation of an account on the Website or access to an existing account. The registration procedure on the Linea MammaBaby® Website is carried out in compliance with the current regulations on privacy and personal data protection, with particular reference to the requirements of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”). 6.2. Each Customer may not register more than once during the term of this Initiative. Participation in this Initiative is for private, non-commercial use only.
6.3 Points can be accumulated only and exclusively by purchasing products on the Website, subject to the User’s access to his/her registered account. Failure to log in to your account at the time of placing an order will not allow the accumulation of points and will not entitle you to credit them at a later time.
6.4. Points Collection includes all references available on the Website at the time of purchase.
6.5. Olcelli Farmaceutici reserves the right to delete and/or modify points erroneously uploaded to the Customer’s account related to computer and/or system errors.
6.6 For every 1 (one) euro, VAT included, of expenditure made through the Site, an amount of points equal to 1 (one) will be credited, which will be added, from time to time, to the points already acquired during previous purchases.
Loyalty points will be automatically uploaded to the customer’s account with each purchase made. Once the first 100 loyalty points have been accumulated, the Customer shall be entitled to receive a free discount voucher to the value of €10,00 from the Promoting Company. The Customer will be able to check his/her accumulated points balance at any time by clicking on the “My Points” section within his/her profile.
After the first discount voucher has been redeemed, it is possible to take advantage of discounts based on accumulated points even without reaching the 100-point threshold again.
For each accumulated point, an amount of €0,10 will be deducted from your order total.
6.7. The collection of points lasts for 1 year and starts from the day the customer gets the first point.
After this time has elapsed without the Customer having accumulated the specified amount of points equal to 100, the points collected will be reset to zero and will no longer have any validity or entitle the Customer to a refund.
6.8. Once accrued, the Discount Coupon worth €10 can only be spent by making online purchases of products on the Linea MammaBaby® Website. The coupon can only be used on a following order and only in one and not multiple orders.
If the Customer accumulates 100 points with only one order, he/she will not be entitled to use the Discount Coupon on that same order. The coupon will only be useable on the next order. In addition, coupons cannot be combined with other shopping coupons or discount codes.
6.9. The accrued discount voucher can be used on an order containing all references available on the Linea MammaBaby® Web Site excluding products in the “B.Smart” category.
6.10. Discount Coupons are strictly personal therefore associated with the User who registers and purchases on the Website. Consequently, it is not possible to communicate or have third parties use their coupons.
6.11. Points are automatically credited to the account of the User who successfully completes an order and can only be used from that account: it is not possible, in any way, to add or exchange points between different accounts. No request for an exception will be granted.
6.12. All orders placed by “Anonymous Users” or “Guests,” i.e., those who do not enter an e-mail address and password to access the Website and place an order, do not give any right to accumulate points.
6.13. In case of order cancellation or full or partial return, the points are deducted from the customer account.
6.14. The Customer may freely request to be removed from the Loyalty Program at any time by making a request to: marketing@olcelli.it
ART.7- INITIATIVE PUBBLICATION AND REGULATIONS
This initiative and regulations will be published on the Website from 30/04/2024.
Olcelli Farmaceutici reserves the right to modify periodically, even partially, these conditions, and the relevant modifications will come into force after 10 (ten) consecutive days from their publication on the Website. In the event that the Customer does not accept the changes made, he/she will have the right to cancel his/her registration, a right which, however, he/she is entitled to at any time according to the following. Participation in the “Linea Mammababy® Loyalty Program”, after the entry into effect of the changes, still implies acceptance, by conclusive facts, of the changes made. Olcelli Farmaceutici also reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, at any time, this loyalty program, without the Customer having any right to complain about it (subject only to the respect of the rights already acquired by the participants at that time), by giving notice on its Website.
